Your yoga level doesn’t matter, each series is structured in the same way: sun salutations, standing poses, seated poses, backbends, savasana. This is a morning practice when the mind is not yet weighed down by day-to-day concerns. Practicing the same sequences every week, with your fitness level of that day, sometimes in top form, other times a little less, is an excellent way to learn to observe yourself, to gain muscle tone, more flexibility and more fluidity for overall well-being.
