We invite you to take your yoga practice further with the exercises suitable for the fall season. Stimulate the regularity of the digestive fire and work on balances.
Personal adaptations will be offered. Suitable for both advanced practitioners and beginners alike.
Remember not to eat 2.5 hours before class and please bring a shawl to cover yourself during the final meditation. Don't forget to bring your health pass.
