  • 30 min session for the restitution of the program according to results

3 MONTHS MEMBERSHIPS : 750.- CHF
  • Unlimited access to the club
  • 1h30 session with a coach (evaluation, physical tests and objectives)
  • Definition of a personalized program and monthly adaptation of the training program
  • 30-minute session to review the program based on the results
  • Weekly coaching and motivation via Whatsapp
  • 2 COACHING sessions
  • A CUPPING treatment (cupping therapy)
