Triathlon trainings resumes !

 Trainings open to all (registered or not registered in the La Tour Geneve Triathlon).
L'Usine offers four trainings in June to improve yourself, perfect your practice, all to perform on D-Day !

TRAININGS

PREPARE & RECOVERY WITH THOMAS HUWILER 
  •  Thursday, 8 June 2023 from 6 pm to 8 pm
  • Workshop led by Thomas Huwiler
  • Topics : mental preparation, tips, feedback, and recovery.
  • Finger Food !
  • Spa access allowed for all at the end of the event.

U'SWIM
  • Thursday, 15 June 2023 from 6 pm to 7:30 pm
  • Appointment at the beach of Eaux-Vives
  • Departure in small groups.
  • Limited places
 
U'RIDE
  • Thursday, 22 June 2023 from 6:00 pm to 6:45 pm
    or from 7:00 pm to 7:45 pm
  • 2 bikes sessions for 12 people
  • Access to changing rooms, showers and spa area
  • Ability to deposit your belongings in a locker
  • Snack at the end of training
  • Limited places
